NO HOUSEKEEPING
There is no daily housekeeping service. For long-term guests (over 7 nights) we will wash linens, bath towels, beach towels etc. at your request.*
NO WASHER/DRYER
There is NO Washer / Dryer in the studio at this time but there is a 24hr laundromat within walking distance.*
CHILDREN
The Artist Studio is best suited for children age 12 and up as there is no gate or fence around the pool and/or alarms on the doors leading from the studio into the yard. There are also numerous plants, cactus and trees that have some nasty thorns and branches that are not pleasant to the touch. This rule is not negotiable.
ONSITE RECREATIONAL EQUIPMENT
Kayaks are not for guest use as we do not have direct water access. There are numerous kayak rental and tours we can tell you about.
STORAGE For long-term guests we have a storage area that you can keep luggage, bikes, etc.
PET POLICY
We do not charge a pet fee but if you bring a pet and do not tell us prior to arrival there is a $100 charge.
1. We ask that only responsible pet owners stay with us.
2. We do not charge a pet fee but if you are bringing a pet please let us know the breed and how many pets (and their names) you will bringing at the time of inquiry.
3. Two (2) dogs maximum (30lbs each). We do not allow cats.
4. Pet owners are responsible for their pets and any damages to the studio and/or property.
5. All pets are to be treated with a topical flea and tick repellent three (3) days prior to arrival. Fleas are rampant in this area and can cause harmful/fatal illness to humans and pets.
6. Pets are not allowed on the furniture at any time.
7. Guests should prevent pets from producing excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors.
8. Pets will not be left unattended for an undue length of time, either indoors or out.
9. No grooming / hair cutting of pets in the studio.
GUEST ACCESS
Guests have a private entrance and may enjoy the yard and the heated saltwater pool. There are chairs/towels/umbrella/cooler for the beach available during your stay. Grill is for guest use as well.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
We require all guests to go through the Airbnb standard verification process to book with us. That includes a profile picture of your face. Not a picture of your dog. We will decline bookings if there is not proper verification/profile picture. This is for our own peace of mind and security.
